Tintoretto’s Genesis, Exhibition
Role, Art Direction & Design
Tintoretto’s Genesis was an exhibition at the Cincinnati Art Museum in 2025. As the designer for this show, I collaborated with the curator to decide on a visual direction for the exhibition. I additionally designed and color matched wall labels and created large scale graphics to show the conservation process.
The design direction for this project was rooted in the grandeur of the Italian Renaissance and the dawn of the printing press. Inspiration was drawn from illuminated manuscripts and the ornate beauty of Venetian architecture, blending classical elegance with intricate detailing. This approach celebrates the power of typography, ornament, and structure to create a design that feels timeless yet refined.
